Who We Are
Reggie Wright Enterprise is the parent organization overseeing a portfolio of leadership focused brands spanning professional speaking, coaching, and implementation services. RWE exists to build people, develop leaders, and support organizations through integrity, accountability, and intentional execution.
Dr. Reggie Wright Jr.
Dr. Reggie Wright Jr. a high-energy inspirational speaker and former professional basketball player, is renowned for his dedication to empowering students and has been featured on CNN for his impactful work. A native of Trenton, NJ, he understands resilience firsthand, as he overcame adversity to achieve success. Upon graduating from New Jersey City University, he went on to pursue a professional basketball career in Europe. He later earned a Master’s degree as well as a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Dr. Wright cares deeply about community service and giving back, which has led him to serve on the Board of the Charlie and Tonja Ward Family Foundation. He is also passionate about guiding students to academic success, leveraging his expertise in character development, social-emotional learning, and mental health.
